Christine McVie
Christopher Lucas
I always thought it was a man singing in a falsetto voice when I'd hear the songs she did with Fleetwood Mac on the radio.
I once read somewhere that she owned 100 pair of blue jeans.

Christine had a brief affair with Beach Boy, Dennis Wilson. They met at one of the Manson sex parties at his Sunset home during the late 60s.

Christine, the secret weapon of Fleetwood Mac. Or not so secret; hasn’t she written most of their biggest chart hits? Remarkable how her and Stevie have gotten along famously over the decades. It must be lovely to be filthy rich and most likely enjoy an anonymous life like Christine.

I happened to be up in the bedroom, in Christine's bedroom, and she looked out the window at one point and said, "My God, what are those flames?"
Dennis had burned down the pool house. He was fooling around down there with candles to make it romantic.

[quote]Toward the end of 1978, Wilson took up with Fleetwood Mac’s Christine McVie. The romance began while Fleetwood Mac was recording Tusk. “Dennis walked into the studio one night and whisked me off my feet,” McVie recalled. The two went out for nearly three years, and Wilson even moved into Christine’s house in Coldwater Canyon. “It was probably the experience of a lifetime. Dennis was such a character. Half of him was like a little boy, and the other half was insane. A really split personality.”

Love her strange face and obsessed with her music. “Brown Eyes” from Tusk is probably my fave deep cut, with “Hold Me” my fave of her hits.

Christine seems like one of the most down to earth classic rock and rollers. As a woman in that field I think she’s criminally undervalued but I think she also prefers to be out of the spotlight. She was more than happy to let Miss Nicks be in the spotlight all those years. I think it’s very rare to have a rock band with two female lead songwriters who get along and write most of the hits. She probably spent a lot on coke and booze like most of her band mates but other than that she’s lived relatively quietly. It’ll be a very sad day when she (or Stevie for that matter) passes.

She really sucked and so did her deaf ex husband. They were the non-interesting band members with marginal talent.

I always wondered whether she wore wigs

I think she is a serious gardener now.
She seems like the sweetest, most talented gal. I have always admired her, most of all after watching The Dance reunion concert in 1997 back in school.
