I had a BF with a big forehead vein. being a nurse, I used to always want to draw blood from it, or start an IV. we used to laugh about it - but it is pretty unattractive

Isn’t this due to dehydration and not eating adequate amounts of healthy fats?

High sodium diets, excessive alcohol and even prescribed meds can cause this as well.
