Antihistamines
Andrew Hansen
How often do you take them? Which brand do you take? Can you take them every day?

Sudafed (Walfed generic) 30 mg 1-3 X/day as needed. The real pseudoephedrine that they keep behind the pharmacy counter & you have to sign for. Very effective for nasal or sinus problems.
Also Benadryl 25 mg for itching

The cheap ones and yes. They can send a rover to mars but can't fix allergies.

I use Allegra and also have a saline nasal spray to cleanse my sinuses and keep my nose from getting too dry, which leads to nosebleeds (I live in a dry climate).

Sorry. I’m pro histamine.

Careful! Overusing antihistamines can make your nasal passages addicted, potentially bringing on various ill effects as well as withdrawal when you try to cut back. It has happened to me. Use saline spray as much as possible instead, and save the antihistamines for dire circumstances.

Something people don't talk about is the multitude of studies showing that regular use of first generation antihistamines have been linked to dementia.
My mom just died of dementia (she only had it for 10 years, died at 76 years old) and she used that shit ALL THE TIME for her "hay fever." Chlor-Trimeton was her antihistamine of choice.
