It's always drugs. It's not necessarily the drugs that kill them by overdose but the associated issues like dangerous situations to raise drug money, bad physical health and mental health which leads to bad decisions, car accidents, falls, depression, suicide etc.

But sometimes it's just plain old overdose.

Nikk Toretto was more gay for pay (read otherwise straight) than anything else, which showed in his work.

IIRC he was in the military (Navy?) then sort of drifted into porn some time after that stint ended.

He was born in Italy which likely accounted for Nikk T. being uncut, something that seems to thrill certain people.
