Out of all the AI also-rans, Jennifer Hudson has of course done the best. But, I think Kellie Pickler has done well. She has managed to have a middling country career, a talk-show that was actually good and should have lasted longer, and now she is starring in Hallmark Christmas movies.

r10 It sucks all the Ace Young threads are gone. The Sows at the Trough thread which was also in 2006 still survives which makes it even more maddening.

Did anyone read the TWOP recaps by Jacob Clifton and Jason (I think that was his name) Sars? Two bitchy gays that would have fit in very well here (and in all honestly probably have been regulars here before). I actually didn’t discover them until last year but their recaps were pretty funny. Preferred Sars to Clifton, though. Clifton took things a little too seriously sometimes. Sars was just all cunt all the time.

R53, Fantasia is an a list celebrity compared to the majority of AI winners. When’s the last time you heard about David Cook or lee Dewyze.

Fantasia is simply a star in her own genre. If you’re not into r&B or gospel then you probably don’t hear her. But at least her career isn’t totally DOA like the two other AI winners I mentioned.

My friends and I hung with Hernandez in PV a few years ago and when I was introduced to him at the Blue Chairs I thought someone had hired a rent boy. He's a little rough, but yes he can sing.
