Airpod Pros Hurt Your Ears?
John Thompson
Anyone else find that the newer Airpod Pros hurt your ears? Or, a singular ear? In my case, it's my right ear. A vendor just sent me a complimentary pair of AirPod Pros as part of a sales pitch (beats the usual logo'd USB thumb drives!) which was very nice. So I, stupidly, immediately handed down my 'regular' AirPods to my brother. The first/second gen regular AirPods never caused me ear pain. I love the noise cancelation features of the Pros, but within an hour of having them in, I started getting pain near the lower entrance to my right ear canal. I tried the different sized tips, but I don't think it's the tips so much as the shape/size/pressure of the actual AirPod. Guess I'm gonna have to give these ones up. Anyone else experienced this?

They hurt a lot -- mostly because they sound so awful my ears fatigued after maybe a half hour. No more.

Sadly, all iterations of this fall out of my ears so I bought then Beats over the ear ones

A friend just got these and hates them because they are constantly falling out and she has MS with limited mobility and dexterity. She says they are PITA.
