About My name is Boyd "Boe" Barker. I am a Food & Beverage Technical Specialist for ECOLAB, Inc., a global provider of water, hygiene and energy technologies and services.

Previously, I was a District Manager. In that role, I managed a $4M+ sales budget. I proudly led a team of 20+ direct reports and coached Associate District Managers. Over an area of 25,000 Sq. Mi., I managed nearly 4,000 monthly services for retailers, manufacturers, restaurants, hospitals and more. I also coordinated initial services, pursued sales opportunities, and performed quality assurance visits. Moreover, I conducted recruiting, selecting, and performance management. Reliably, I found organizational success by aggressively making efficient and effective decisions.

At another organization, I was a Digital Media Coordinator. In that role, I was responsible for postproduction project management for ongoing media production. There, I planned and executed postproduction duties under strict deadlines and offsite ownership. As new technology emerged, I identified and implemented cutting-edge techniques for continued success.

Prior to these positions, I was an Operations Coordinator where I managed day-to-day warehousing operations, customer service, inventory control, vendor relations, and shipping and receiving functions. Also, I volunteered for the International Rescue Committee, a non-profit providing critical local refugee support. Moreover, I served the United States Marine Corps as a supervisor and instructor.

I have completed coursework in economics, conflict resolution, human rights, and more. I have also trained in leadership and counseling, and I have worked with diverse populations and travelled internationally.
